I have a 1989 Remington Classic 700 in a 300 Weatherby Mag. It's been a safe queen for several years. To be honest with you I can't tell if it's even been fired. But prior to me owning it some had installed a tapered muzzle break. It looks similar to the KDF's I've had installed on some of my other shooters. It also has the 1 piece base and rings. It looks like a scope was never installed.
